The only stat that can be increased is intelligence. But the stats right now has no impact on the game. It's a placeholder for later in development.

There is only the OV route for Wendy as of now and there hasn't been any other routes for her this far.
As for more scenes. Most of the girls are planned to have the three vore routes added eventually, perhaps even more in some cases.
