As of now you aren't able to summon Mal0, she hasn't been added in yet. The phone being put in was in preparation for her but is has turned out that the programming for it is giving a lot of issues. But she will be coming to the game sooner or later
The things that unlock with increasing Amy's affection is that you can meet her on the cruise ship and get the location to her house, making it possible to visit her there on saturdays and sundays. With a bit higher affection you can also get an event to trigger on the ship as well

How many relationship points do I need for Amanda to do any vore scene?
The relation points needed are 10/40/60 for OV/UB/AV. And just like with Marlie you get them by doing "Extra work"

Always delete the old version and run from a fresh download. That way there are no risk that files doesn't clash between the two versions

You can find her in the campus. You first need to sign up for classes with principal Cerlin and then then visit Diamante in the classroom after class
You can struggle out of her while she is teaching. It is not that easy though and will require energy drinks bought from Amanda
