As of now you aren't able to summon Mal0, she hasn't been added in yet. The phone being put in was in preparation for her but is has turned out that the programming for it is giving a lot of issues. But she will be coming to the game sooner or later
The things that unlock with increasing Amy's affection is that you can meet her on the cruise ship and get the location to her house, making it possible to visit her there on saturdays and sundays. With a bit higher affection you can also get an event to trigger on the ship as well
Not sure what you are talking about there really. Is it that the .exe file is missing for pc? Or that you don't find the .apk for android? Or something else?
For now I guess it is a bit of a tease. The phone system has proven difficult to program so it will take a while until we can have her available sadly.

You need to go to marlie to buy miniature prey or small prey, and then you can find the option of giving gifts among the objects that can be attacked.

You have to get eaten by Amy first and talk to her about the shrink ray at some point. That gives you access to her lab.

The relation points needed are 10/40/60 for OV/UB/AV. And just like with Marlie you get them by doing "Extra work"

Always delete the old version and run from a fresh download. That way there are no risk that files doesn't clash between the two versions
